Sista stoppet för dagen blev ett akvarium här i Fig Tree Bay. Jag är själv inget stort fan av avakrium då jag älskar att snorkla och se allt på havets djup. Men det var faktiskt ett stort och ganska fint akvarium!
The best excursion I have done since I came here, we did the other day. Then we took the bus and went on roadtrip! Our first stop on our roadtrip was a farm where we got to taste fresh haloumi cheese and watch the goats as they get milk from. Here in Cyprus they make the haloumi with 100% goat cheese, at home in the store, you often get a haloumi with 50% goat milk and 50% cow's milk of which it taste just a little better here..
Där fanns även en 1 vecka gammal liten get som vi fick klappa!
Nästa stopp blev hör och häpna ... en glassfabrik! Där fick vi se hur de tillverkade glass och självklart provsmaka. De var ungefär som en mjukglass när glassen var alldeles nygjord, senare i processen blir den lite stelare. Men guud så god! Som ni ser luktade det väldigt gott också
Denna dag tillverkade dem vaniljglass, med andra dagar kan man få provsmaka någon av deras andra 32 glassorter. Cyprioternas egna favorit är rosglass, en smak jag själv är väldigt skeptisk till.
och så 3e stoppet för dagen var en plantage med citroner, apelsiner, avokado, oliver och jordgubbar. Där fick vi provsmaka deras färska juicer och sedan köpa en påse för 20kr där vi fick plocka allt vi kunde och fylla påsen med färsk frukt! Helt amazing!!Hur underbart ser inte detta ut?

Next stop was a icecream factory! There we got to see how they made ice cream and of course taste some. It were kind of like a soft ice when the ice cream was just freshly prepared, later in the process becomes a little stiffer. But so good!
The tird stop was at a plantation where they have oranges,lemons and lots of more fresh fruit! We got to try their fresh juices and then buy a bag for 5dollars where we got to pick everything we could and fill the bag with fresh fruit! Absolutely amazing !!
The last stop of the day was an aquarium here in the Fig Tree Bay. I myself am not a big fan of aquarium since I love to snorkel and see everything on the ocean's depths. But it was actually a large and quite nice aquarium!
